ROGUE CREDIT UNION LEADS SUPPORT OF SPARROW CLUBS

Medford, OR – Rogue Credit Union announced a $1,000 donation to Southern Oregon Sparrow Clubs in support of their effort to recover $15,000 in unreturned ticket sales from their Dancing with the Rogue Valley Stars fundraiser held in May. Southern Oregon Sparrow Clubs changes lives by empowering kids to help kids in medical need through compassion, kindness and sponsored community service. “Our partnership with Southern Oregon Sparrow Clubs has shown us first-hand the difference they make in the community. We are proud to step forward to continue our support of this important, local organization” said Jeanne Pickens, COO at Rogue Credit Union.

Living, giving and supporting local is at the heart of everything we do at Rogue Credit Union. “We are so blessed that Rogue Credit Union has offered to lead the charge in the community to help us recover these funds which help keep the Sparrow Clubs program strong and active in our Southern Oregon communities, empowering students of all ages to help local children in medical need. Throughout our partnership, Rogue is consistently on the forefront of identifying needs in the community and creating support,” said Matt Sampson, Executive Director of Sparrow Clubs USA.

Rogue Credit Union invites the community to join us and give what you can to help Southern Oregon Sparrow Clubs reach their $15,000 goal. Donations can be made at any Rogue Credit Union branch or on our website at roguecu.org.
