Rogue Scholarships – Advancing Higher Education

For graduating high school seniors, or adults seeking to advance their careers with a degree, Rogue Credit Union offers several scholarships every year.

Scholarships

Education is in our roots here at Rogue Credit Union. We began as a teacher’s credit union in 1956 and our commitment to education for all Southern Oregon students remains strong. Each Rogue scholarship is a one-time gift of $1,500 and is based on academics, school involvement, community involvement and financial need.

Applications for a scholarship are accepted online beginning January 1st through March 31st each year. We will announce scholarship recipients by June 15th.  Only those receiving scholarships will be notified. Funds will be paid directly to the high school, high school foundation, or college/university of choice and credited in the recipient's name.  Proof of admission is required for funds to be dispersed to recipient’s school.
Please note:

  • Scholarships will be forfeited if recipient fails to enroll in school within 6 months of receipt.
  • Please contact mkt@roguecu.org with any questions.

Before you apply, we advise gathering the following information:

  • Contact information, including: name, phone number, address (physical and email), your major
  • A list of any other scholarships you will receive
