Gene's Note: Precious Gift of Loyalty

As the CEO of YOUR local credit union, I can say that YOU matter the most. You are at the forefront of every decision we make – you’re why we’re here! The precious gift of YOUR loyal membership is something we do not take for granted. We are proud to be a part of the credit union movement and celebrate with other local cooperatives. As your financial co-op, we are guided by the seven principles. One in particular comes to mind for 2020. 

Concern for Community - Our roots run deep in Southern Oregon and we are proud to support our local communities. We partner with other local organizations to sponsor and support many local community events where we give back over $225,000 each year and our staff volunteer over 10,000 hours annually.

In October, in conjunction with International Credit Union Day, we celebrated YOU with Member Appreciation Week. I was able to be a part surprising and delighting some of our members with coffee. We partnered with local coffee stands throughout the regions we serve and treated our members to a beverage, just to show our appreciation for their business. 

In addition, we surprised our longest standing members in each county with a $100 gift in their ownership account! I am so honored to do what I do and serve each and every one of you. 


Southern Oregon is a better place to live because of your commitment to being a part of something bigger...you’re a part of an organization focused on living, giving, and supporting local! Your loyalty as a Rogue member isn’t just appreciated – it’s celebrated! Serving you is what keeps our team excited each and every day.
