Thank you for your valued credit union business and your decision to protect your loan(s) with a payment protection product. This letter is to inform you that your protection under Members 1st Credit Union is being transitioned to Rogue Credit Union's MEMBER'S CHOICE™ BORROWER SECURITY Contract effective July 1, 2026. Claims for any protected events that occur before this date will be processed under the current Members 1st Credit Union's Wealth Protection Program Contract terms and conditions.
The protection type you previously elected will continue under the new terms and conditions. Claims submitted to activate protection for protected events that occurred on or before June 30, 2026, will be processed according to the terms of the protection then in force.
It is important to review the summary table(s) below and the new MEMBER'S CHOICE™ BORROWER SECURITY Contract (Member Agreement) to make sure you completely understand your protection. The enclosed Member Agreement replaces the current Agreement you have.
All terms, conditions and exclusions of the new Member Agreement will be effective July 1, 2026.
There is no action required, and you do not need to sign or return the Member Agreement to continue protection. However, remember that protection is optional, and you can cancel at any time. If you have any questions, please contact us at the phone number listed below.
We have updated the names of the available MEMBER'S CHOICE™ BORROWER SECURITY Options.
The fee(s) below will be applied monthly to protected loans up to the Member Agreement maximums. An increase in fee could result in a higher last loan payment, a higher monthly payment, or may extend the duration of the loan.
