  1. No Purchase Necessary to Enter. By entering the Rogue Credit Union Zero-Interest Auto Loan Giveaway, each entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these 
    Official Contest Rules.
  2. Eligibility
    1. The Contest is open to all Rogue Credit Union members.
    2. Rogue Credit Union employees, officials, and their immediate family members are not eligible to win.
    3. Must be 18 years of age or older to enter.
  3. Prizes
    1. Winners will be awarded a zero percent (0%) APR interest rate on their auto loan with Rogue Credit Union. Prizes are not transferable or assignable. If the winner uses the Free Entry method, the prize will be a zero percent (0%) APR interest rate on their auto loan with Rogue Credit Union. Rogue Credit Union reserves the right to modify the prize for one of similar value in its sole discretion.
  4. How to Enter
    1. Automatic Entry: Members are automatically entered if they (1) open an auto loan with the Caldwell Branch, or (2) obtain an auto loan from a dealership that will be serviced by the Caldwell Branch and meet the eligibility criteria above. Member must be approved for the loan under the Credit Union’s standard underwriting criteria and must be in good standing with the Credit Union. Loans over $75,000 are not eligible.
    2. Free Entry: Members may enter for free by completing and returning a 3 x 5 card to a Rogue Credit Union branch and with all requested information, including at least: (1) name, (2) address, (3) phone number, (4) email address, and (5) member number.
    3. Only one entry per person during the Contest Period.
  5. Winner Selection
    1. Contest Period: June 11, 2025 though August 31, 2025. Entries must be received by August 31, 2025 to be eligible to win.
    2. Winner will be selected by random drawing on September 5, 2025. Winner need not be present to be selected.
    3. Odds of winning depend on number of entries.
    4. Limit one prize per person.
  6. Winner Notification
    1. Winner will be notified within 5 days of selection using the contact information in the member’s account records.
    2. Winner who does not respond within 5 days from the time they were notified will lose their right to the Prize and a new winner will be selected by another random drawing.
  7. Conditions
    1. The Contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law and is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Winners are responsible for all applicable state or federal taxes. By entering this Contest, Winners grant Rogue Credit Union the right to publicize and broadcast their name, voice, and likeness, the fact that they won for advertising purposes without notice or any additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
    2. Each entrant releases Rogue Credit Union and its respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, causes of action, suits, and demands arising from or in connection with its lawful actions in conducting this promotion. Winners will be required to sign a release agreement in order to receive the prize.
    3. Rogue Credit Union reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this promotion, in its entirety or in part for any reason in its sole discretion. Prizes are not guaranteed.
