Connie Bay joined Rogue Credit Union in December of 2004 as a Member Service Representative and became a Mortgage Loan Officer in 2012.
Connie has over 4 years of mortgage lending experience throughout Oregon and Northern California. Her knowledge and experience in purchasing and refinance with conventional, FHA, VA, USDA and Jumbo Loans is well versed.
Connie has won the "Best Mortgage Agent" by the Curry Coastal Pilot Reader's Choice Award several years in a row.
Connie holds a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration and Finance with a minor in Management from the University of Oregon.
Sharon Hoback has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, and has been in the financial services industry for the past nine years. Sharon's experience includes loan processing, branch management, home equity and mortgage loan origination. Sharon is excited to provide our members with exceptional service and assist them in one of the most important times in their lives, whether it is to purchase or refinance their home.
Jessica Hickman has been in mortgage lending for over ten years and has worked in the financial industry for over twenty years. Jessica joined Rogue Credit Union in November of 1993 and has held many roles within the credit union including Teller, Receptionist, Member Service Representative and Mortgage Loan Processor. Jessica has been a Mortgage Loan Officer for the past seven years and is highly knowledgeable of the numerous mortgage loan options including Conventional, FHA, USDA & VA loans as well as portfolio mortgage loan products offered at Rogue Credit Union.
Antonio Chavez has been in the financial service industry for over 17 years. His experience includes Loan Origination, Business Development, Branch Management and Operations. He was born and raised in beautiful Southern Oregon and spent five years furthering his financial career in Los Angeles. Antonio speaks both English and Spanish. He is fully committed to providing members with exceptional service and guidance for achieving their home ownership goals.
Geoff Friden provides his expertise in the Mortgage Department for Rogue Credit Union as a Mortgage Loan Officer. He has worked in the financial services industry for over 17 years. While much of his experience is in lending, Geoff brings extensive branch management and operations experience. He received a Bachelor's degree in Business and Human Resource Management from Simpson University in Redding, CA. He and his wife have two children. He is on the Board of Directors for Junior Achievement and an ambassador for the Chamber of Medford/Jackson County.
Miranda Triplett has been part of the Roseburg community for most of her life and has served in the financial and lending services industry locally for over 11 years. She is a very active volunteer and currently serves as the VP of the Roseburg Kiwanis Club, where they work to help local children. She is truly passionate about helping people realize their dreams of home ownership and at Rogue Credit Union, we really do make those dreams come true! As Rogue's very first Mortgage Loan Officer in Roseburg, she could not be more excited to show everyone here what Rogue can do!
Vicki's lending career began in 1990 in the Rogue Valley. Throughout her career, she has gained valuable experience, insight, and knowledge that benefits every member; whether they're first-time home buyers, or experienced real estate investors. Vicki has a desire to sincerely get to know all of her members and their unique needs and goals. While securing the best rate is important for every member, Vicki understands that ensuring her members feel taken care of throughout their entire mortgage process is just as vital.
Vicki graduated from Southern Oregon University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration.
Candi brings over 35-years of experience in the mortgage industry to Rogue Credit Union. Her career has taken her through many roles in the mortgage industry, but she most enjoys working directly with members. Candi loves working with members from the beginning, guiding them through the home buying experience. She works to ensure that each member feels informed, comfortable and valued. Candi joined the Rogue Credit Union Mortgage team in 2018 and looks forward to serving Rogue members for many years.
Donna has over 30-years of experience in the mortgage industry. As a Mortgage Loan Officer, Donna understands that each member is unique, and works with them to find the home loan that best first their needs. She is committed to providing personalized service to each member she works with.
When Jennifer Carter joined Rogue Credit Union in 2016, she brought over 15 years of expertise and leadership in the financial services and mortgage industry. In addition, she has a background in branch management, business development, loan origination, and underwriting. Providing exceptional experiences for our members is what Jennifer does best!

Charlie Facey has worked in mortgage lending for over twenty years. He has been in the financial industry for over thirty years, and comes to Rogue Credit Union with experience in loan origination, business development, operations and branch management.
Charlie specializes in construction mortgage lending and loves helping members bring their dream of building a new home to life. Handing over the keys to homeowners at the front door of their newly built home is his favorite part of the job.
Joanne French joined Rogue Credit Union’s Mortgage Team in 2021 with over 20 years of experience. Joanne strives to provide our members with all the information and tools to help them make confident decisions about financing their future. Not only does Joanne have the skills and expertise to meet all member’s needs, she also is known for achieving goals and building lasting relationships.
Joanne was born and raised in Southern Oregon and outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and taking weekend trips to the coast.
Desiree has been in the financial services industry since 2018 and joined Rogue’s Mortgage team in 2021. She is passionate about creating long-standing relationships with each member she works with.
Desiree is a Treasure Valley native who is invested in the local community. In her free time, you’ll find her volunteering as a youth softball coach for the Ontario Recreation District.
Ranelle has been in the financial services industry for over 25 years with experience in Consumer Lending, Mortgage Lending and Branch Management. Ranelle received her bachelor's degree from Northwest Nazarene University in 1993 and graduated from Western CUNA Management School in 2018.
She is highly active within her community, and currently serves as the Board Chair for the Ontario Area Chamber of Commerce and her local community health center, Valley Family Health.
Virginia Lewis joined Rogue in June of 2014 as the Mortgage Delivery/Production Manager.
Virginia has over thirty-five years of experience in mortgage services in the Rogue Valley and throughout the state. Prior to becoming the Mortgage Delivery Manager, Virginia worked as a Mortgage Loan Officer originating first mortgages for Conventional/FHA/VA/USDA/Jumbo loans. Virginia also has many years of experience originating All-in-One Construction loans and was involved throughout the process to include construction inspections, review and approval of plans/specifications, as well as managing construction disbursements.
Virginia oversees the Mortgage Delivery Team of loan officers, processors and closers. Her experience and understanding of the mortgage process has allowed her the opportunity to assist hundreds of people realize their dream of home ownership, while developing many successful business partnerships with Realtors and Builders throughout the years.
Virginia is an active member of the Rogue Valley Association of Realtors, and the Home Builders Association of Jackson County. Virginia has also successfully completed the year long Medford Jackson County Chamber of Commerce Leadership Development Program in 2015.
