Give+Save 2026 Promotion Rules and Requirements

ENTRY: Contestants enter by donating at least $10 or more to Credit Unions for Kids (CU4Kids) via Rogue Credit Union. Promotion begins on Monday, September 21, 2026, and ends on Saturday, October 24, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”). Individuals may also enter by providing name, address and phone number on a 3x5 card and mailing it to: Rogue Credit Union, PO Box 4550, Medford, OR 97501. One entry per member regardless of donation amount. No purchase necessary to enter.

ELIGIBILITY: Winner must be a legal resident of the United States of America, over the age of 18. Rogue Credit Union vice presidents and president are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law. Contestants residing in those areas where the promotion is void may participate in the promotion but may not win any prizes.

WINNER SELECTION: At the end of the promotion time period, a prize winner will be selected at random. The prize winner must meet the eligibility rules in order to receive the prize. The winner will be notified by phone and/or email. If a prize notification is returned undeliverable within seven (7) days after the winner announcement, Rogue Credit Union is unable to contact a selected winner or a selected winner has not complied with these Rules, the prize will be forfeited, and at Rogue Credit Union’s sole discretion, an alternate contestant will be selected as the prize winner. If a selected winner is considered a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence, the prize may be awarded in the name of his/her parent or legal guardian who will be responsible for fulfilling all requirements imposed on winner set forth herein, or another Contestant may be selected for the prize, in the Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion.

PRIZES: The winner(s) will receive a one-time match (up to $100.00) on their CU4Kids donation deposited to their Ownership Account, which must be opened within 30 days of the prize notification if winner does not already have an Ownership Account. The odds of a Contestant winning the Grand Prize vary, and depend on the total number of valid Entries by all Contestants. Prize may be reported on a 1099-MISC. Please consult with your tax advisor for any questions.

WINNER NOTIFICATION: Winner will be notified within 7 days after the determination date. Inability to contact a winner may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

HOW TO ENTER:

  1. In Branch: Visit any Rogue Credit Union branch and donate $10.00 or more to CU4Kids during the Promotion Period.
  2. Phone: Call and donate $10.00 or more to CU4Kids during the Promotion Period.
  3. Provide name, address and phone number on a 3x5 card and mail it to: Rogue Credit Union, PO Box 4550, Medford, OR 97501. Must be postmarked prior to the end of the Promotion Period.

Submission of erroneous or incomplete information will void the submitted Entry. Except as otherwise provided herein, Sponsor will not enter into any correspondence with an entrant regarding an Entry. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means or by any means which subvert the Entry process are void.

REQUIREMENTS OF ENTRIES: Donation to CU4Kids must post from member’s account in order to be considered valid.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: Winner agrees to the use of their names and likenesses in publicity without notice or any additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. By entering this promotion, the winner acknowledges that Rogue Credit Union has the right to publicize and broadcast their name, voice, and likeness, the fact that they won, and all matters incidental thereto. Winner will be required to sign and return a Liability and Publicity Release.

USE OF ENTRANT INFORMATION: All entries become the property of Rogue Credit Union. Rogue Credit Union reserves the right to use any and all information related to the contest, including submissions provided by the contestants, for editorial, marketing and any other purpose, unless prohibited by law.

The information you are providing for this promotion is being provided to Rogue Credit Union and not to CU4Kids and will be used to notify you if you have won, and to inform you about special offers from Rogue Credit Union and our trusted partners.

CONDUCT: All participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Rogue Credit Union in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person it finds to be tampering with the entry process, the operation of its web site or is otherwise in violation of these rules.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Rogue Credit Union is not responsible for late, lost or misdirected email or for any computer, online, telephone or technical malfunctions that may occur. If for any reason, the promotion is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort, Rogue Credit Union may cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion. Entrants further agree to release Rogue Credit Union from any liability resulting from, or related to participation in the promotion.

Rogue Credit Union 70 Years of Service Giveaway Official Contest Rules

  1. No Purchase Necessary to Enroll. By entering the Rogue Credit Union 70 Years of Service Giveaway, each enrollee accepts and agrees to be bound by these Official Contest Rules.

  2. Eligibility

    1. The Contest is open only to natural persons who are Rogue Credit Union members and who maintain an eligible consumer Ownership Account in their individual capacity.
    2. Business accounts, trust accounts, estate accounts and any other accounts held by or on behalf of a legal entity are not eligible to enter or win.
    3. Rogue Credit Union employees, officials, and their immediate family members are not eligible to win.
    4. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older at time of entry.
    5. Members must be in good standing at the time of entry and at the time of prize award, defined as: Positive account balances, no loan past due > 45 days, no bankruptcy or charge-off accounts.
    6. Rogue Credit Union reserves the right to verify eligibility and to disqualify any entrant who does not comply with these official rules. 

  3. Prizes

    1. 7 random winners each month will receive a $700 deposit into their Ownership Account. Prizes are not transferable or assignable. Rogue Credit Union reserves the right to modify the prize for one of similar value in its sole discretion.
    2. Limit to one prize per tax reported owner.

  4. How to Enter

    1. Members are automatically entered if they complete the following two steps:
      1. Members must opt in through any one of the following methods:
        1. Opt-in via Online Banking or Mobile Banking
        2. Opt-in via in-branch with a team member
        3. Opt-in via phone with a team member
      2. Member must complete 10 member purchase transactions on their debit or credit cards. The first 10 purchase transactions equals 1 entry. 1 additional entry for each transaction over the initial 10 up to 70 entries.
        1. For example, if a member has 14 transactions in one month, the first 10 transactions are 1 entry and the 4 additional transactions each count as an entry for a total of 5 entries.
    2. Free Entry: Members may enroll for free by completing and returning a 3 x 5 card to Rogue Credit Union, Attn: Internal Support, P.O. Box 4550, Medford, OR 97501, with all requested information, including at least: (1) name, (2) address, (3) phone number, (4) email address, and (5) member number.

  5. Winner Selection

    1. Contest period: January 21, 2026, through December 31, 2026. Entries must be received by the end of each month to be eligible to win the monthly prize.
    2. Winner will be selected by random drawing 7 days after the end of the month. Winners do not need to be present to be selected.
    3. Odds of winning depend on number of entries.
    4. Limit one prize per person for the duration of the contest. If you win, you are not eligible to win for the remainder of the sweepstakes.

  6. Winner Notification

    1. Winners will be notified within 7 days of selection using the contact information in the member's account records.
    2. Winners who do not respond within 5 days from the time they were notified will lose their right to the Prize and a new winner will be selected by another random drawing.

  7. Conditions

    1. The Contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law and is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Winners are responsible for all applicable state or federal taxes. By entering this Contest, Winners grant Rogue Credit Union the right to publicize and broadcast their name, voice, and likeness, the fact that they won for advertising purposes without notice or any additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
    2. Each entrant releases Rogue Credit Union and its respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, causes of action, suits, and demands arising from or in connection with its lawful actions in conducting this promotion.
    3. The odds of a Contestant winning the Grand Prize vary, and depend on the total number of valid Entries by all Contestants. Prize may be reported on the appropriate tax form. Please consult with your tax advisor for any questions.
    4. Rogue Credit Union reserves the right, to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion, in its entirety or in part, if fraud, technical failures, system limitations, regulatory requirements, or any other factor beyond the reasonable control of Rogue Credit Union impairs the integrity, fairness, or proper functioning of the promotion. Any change will be posted to the official rules with a revised effective date. No modification will retroactively disqualify eligible entries received prior to the effective date of such change.
