Rogue Credit Union 70 Years of Service Giveaway Official Contest Rules

  1. No Purchase Necessary to Enroll. By entering the Rogue Credit Union 70 Years of Service Giveaway, each enrollee accepts and agrees to be bound by these Official Contest Rules.

  2. Eligibility

    1. The Contest is open to all Rogue Credit Union members with an Ownership Account.
    2. Rogue Credit Union employees, officials, and their immediate family members are not eligible to win.
    3. Must be 18 years of age or older to enter.
    4. Members must be in good standing: Positive account balances, no loan past due > 45 days, no bankruptcy or charge-off accounts.
  3. Prizes

    1. 7 random winners each month will receive a $700 deposit into their Ownership Account. Prizes are not transferable or assignable. Rogue Credit Union reserves the right to modify the prize for one of similar value in its sole discretion.
    2. Limit to one prize per tax reported owner.
  4. How to Enter

    1. Members are automatically entered if they complete the following two steps:
      1. Members must opt in through any one of the following methods:
        1. Opt-in via Online Banking or Mobile Banking
        2. Opt-in via in-branch with a team member
        3. Opt-in via phone with a team member
      2. Member must complete 10 member purchase transactions on their debit or credit cards. The first 10 purchase transactions equals 1 entry. 1 additional entry for each transaction over the initial 10 up to 70 entries.
        1. For example, if a member has 14 transactions in one month, the first 10 transactions are 1 entry and the 4 additional transactions each count as an entry for a total of 5 entries.
    2. Free Entry: Members may enroll for free by completing and returning a 3 x 5 card to Rogue Credit Union, Attn: Internal Support, P.O. Box 4550, Medford, OR 97501, with all requested information, including at least: (1) name, (2) address, (3) phone number, (4) email address, and (5) member number.
  5. Winner Selection

    1. Contest period: January 21, 2026, through December 31, 2026. Entries must be received by the end of each month to be eligible to win the monthly prize.
    2. Winner will be selected by random drawing 7 days after the end of the month. Winners do not need to be present to be selected.
    3. Odds of winning depend on number of entries.
    4. Limit one prize per person for the duration of the contest. If you win, you are not eligible to win for the remainder of the sweepstakes.
  6. Winner Notification

    1. Winners will be notified within 7 days of selection using the contact information in the member's account records.
    2. Winners who do not respond within 5 days from the time they were notified will lose their right to the Prize and a new winner will be selected by another random drawing.
  7. Conditions

    1. The Contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law and is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Winners are responsible for all applicable state or federal taxes. By entering this Contest, Winners grant Rogue Credit Union the right to publicize and broadcast their name, voice, and likeness, the fact that they won for advertising purposes without notice or any additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
    2. Each entrant releases Rogue Credit Union and its respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, causes of action, suits, and demands arising from or in connection with its lawful actions in conducting this promotion.
    3. The odds of a Contestant winning the Grand Prize vary, and depend on the total number of valid Entries by all Contestants. Prize may be reported on the appropriate tax form. Please consult with your tax advisor for any questions.
    4. Rogue Credit Union reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this promotion, in its entirety or in part for any reason in its sole discretion. Prizes are not guaranteed.

Rogue Credit Union Payroll Direct Deposit Official Contest Rules

    1. The Contest is open to all Rogue Credit Union members who must have an active checking account with Rogue Credit Union.
    2. Rogue Credit Union employees, officials, and their immediate family members are not eligible to win.
    3. Must be 18 years of age or older to enter.
  3. Prizes

    1. Fifty (50) winners will receive a one-time $50 deposit into their ownership account. Prizes are not transferable or assignable. Rogue Credit Union reserves the right to modify the prize for one of similar value in its sole discretion. Limit to one (1) prize per tax reported owner.
  4. How to Enter

    1. Automatic Entry: Members are automatically entered if they receive a payroll direct deposit of $500 or more into their Rogue Credit Union checking account in which they are the tax reported owner, AND Conduct at least ten (10) qualifying electronic transactions. Qualifying electronic transactions are: debit and credit card purchases, ACH, Bill Pay, Check, Zelle, or ATM transactions not involving a Live Video Teller.
    2. Free Entry: Members may enter for free by completing and returning a 3 x 5 card to a Rogue Credit Union branch and with all requested information, including at least: (1) name, (2) address, (3) phone number, (4) email address, and (5) member number.
    3. Only one entry per person during the Contest Period.
