Medford, OR — Rogue Credit Union announced today the appointment of Scott Mulkins as its new Chief Experience Officer (CXO), a newly elevated role focused on advancing the organization’s end-to-end member experience across all delivery channels.

In this role, Mulkins will provide strategic leadership for Rogue Credit Union’s branches, contact centers, digital delivery and marketing, ensuring a cohesive, data-informed, and member-centered experience at every interaction point. His appointment reflects Rogue’s continued commitment to innovation and accountability to better serve members in reaching their financial goals.

Mulkins brings over a decade of credit union leadership experience, spanning analytics, operations, and enterprise risk management. He joined Rogue Credit Union in 2015 as Vice President of Enterprise Risk Management and later expanded his scope to include Business Intelligence, serving most recently as Senior Vice President of Analytics and Enterprise Risk Management. Throughout his tenure, he has been recognized for combining data-driven decision-making with thoughtful, proactive leadership to strengthen the member experience.

“Scott’s passion for Rogue’s mission and his ability to connect insight with action make him uniquely qualified for this role,” said Jeanne Pickens, Executive Vice President/Chief Operations Officer at Rogue Credit Union. “As Chief Experience Officer, he will play a critical role in elevating how our members experience Rogue, today and into the future.”

Mulkins holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Portland State University and a Master of Business Administration with a specialization in Business Analytics from Southern Oregon University. He also earned a Graduate Certificate in Financial and Executive Management through the Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington’s Foster School of Business. His professional credentials include Credit Union Enterprise Risk Management Expert (CUNA), NAFCU Certified Risk Manager (NCRM), and Certified Scrum Master, among others.

“I’m honored to step into the Chief Experience Officer role at Rogue Credit Union,” said Mulkins. “Our members’ expectations continue to evolve, and this role allows us to bring together people, data and delivery in a way that is intentional, human and impactful. I’m excited to work alongside our teams to continue building experiences that truly reflect Rogue’s purpose and values.”

In addition to his professional leadership, Mulkins is actively involved in community and industry service, including serving as Treasurer of the Board of Directors and Finance Committee Chair for the Mt.
