After graduating from Northwest Christian University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Topher joined Rogue Credit Union in 2020 and became a Financial Advisor in 2023. He holds the FINRA Series 7 and 66 registrations and enjoys furthering his education through seminars and reading. He is passionate about empowering members to build a strong and comprehensive financial roadmap for their future. Topher builds meaningful relationships with his clients by finding the right solutions for their unique goals.

Topher lives in Central Point and loves exploring Oregon. Outside of work, he enjoys rock climbing, cycling, reading a good book and spending time with his family. 

Cynthia joined Rogue Credit Union in 2019 and became a financial advisor in 2024. She holds the FINRA Series 7 and 66 registrations. Cynthia is committed to continuous learning, regularly attending classes, and staying up to date with the latest financial literature. She holds the Finra Series 7 and 66 registration through LPL Financial.

Raised in the Rogue Valley, Cynthia has a deep-rooted connection to her community. She is passionate about helping individuals and families achieve their financial goals and is dedicated to providing personalized and thoughtful financial advice.

Outside of work, Cynthia volunteers at her church and with various local community groups. She loves spending time with her husband, exploring new places, and indulging in her love of reading.

Kelly became a Financial Advisor with Rogue Investment Services in 2024. He holds the FINRA Series 7 and 66 registrations, as well as the State of Oregon Life and Health Insurance licenses. He holds the Finra Series 7 and 66 registration through LPL Financial.

Kelly graduated from Southern Oregon University in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science in Health and Physical Education before joining the financial industry. As a Financial Advisor, he enjoys building meaningful relationships with members and working together to help members achieve their financial goals.

A lifelong southern Oregonian, Kelly enjoys fishing, camping and spending time with his family and friends.
