How to Report a Lost or Stolen Card.

If you believe your card has been lost, stolen, or you are a victim of fraud, it is important that you speak with us immediately.

Lost or Stolen Cards: You can report a lost or stolen card 24 hours a day by contacting us at 800.856.7328. It is important that you report a card lost or stolen immediately once this happens. For your protection, we utilize various tools to monitor out of character transactions on your account. Click here to view your Card Holder agreement.

Lost or Stolen Checks: You can place a stop payment on a specific check, or a series of checks. We ask that you contact a Member Service Representative to assist if you have had your checks become lost or stolen. For your protection we will assist you in the steps necessary to protect your account from fraudulent activity.

Other Fraud: We strongly encourage you to call us immediately if you believe your Rogue Credit Union account information has been compromised. Please call us at 800.856.7328 to speak with a friendly, local representative.  

Report Fraud: If you believe that you have received a fraudulent phone call, e-mail or mail, but you have not acted on it we encourage you to forward this to us. We are always happy to assist you to determine if it is fraudulent. Please forward it to membersemailsupport@roguecu.org so we can investigate it for you. You’ll receive an automated response letting you know that we received this message.
