eSTATEMENT REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Log in to your online banking and select an account. Select "Online Statements" and click continue to view or enroll for electronic statements. Follow the step by step directions and you are on your way!

  • You will need a PDF viewer installed on your computer to properly view these.
  • A new window or tab will open, so you may need to allow a pop-up in order to be able to view this window.

  • We have also made these printer-friendly, should you decide to print them.

Once you register for eStatements, you will receive an email notification from membersemailsupport@roguecu.org confirming your registration:

  • When you register for eStatements within 90 days of opening your membership, you will receive another email notification on the $5 deposit to your savings account:

How soon can I view my statements once I’ve registered for eStatements?

Once registered, you will have instant access up to 18 months worth of statements to view:

  • To view all statements, simply click any one of the ‘View All’ links

How long will my statements be available for viewing?
eStatements will generally remain available for viewing for 18 months after they have been posted.
How will I know when my statement is available for viewing?

You will receive an email notification from Rogue Credit Union (membersemailsupport@roguecu.org) once statements are available to view:

  • For monthly account statements, you will receive an email anywhere from the 1st -3rd of the month
  • For Visa statements, you will receive an email anywhere from the 24th – 27th of the month

Does it matter what browser I use to access the website?

For best results with viewing your statements, any major up-to-date browser should work. We would recommend Microsoft Internet Explorer version 7 or higher, Firefox version 3 or higher, Safari version 4 or higher or Google Chrome. Remember to check your internet options to allow pop-ups.

Do I need any special software to use the eStatement Service?

If you have Adobe Acrobat Reader on your computer, you’re all set.If you do not have Adobe Acrobate Reader, you can click here for your free download.

Can I print or save my statement?

Yes, you can print or save your statements. For best results, print your statements from the Adobe menu. If you try to print/save from the browser menu or use a short cut command (CTRL P), it will result in blank pages. Tip: To cut down on ink usage, select the black & white/Gray Scale option on your printer settings:

What do I do if my email address changes?

On the main page of online banking, select the 'Settings' link near the top of the page.

Next, select Profile and then select Email and Phone Number. Here you can verify or update this information, then select Save.

I got an error message while trying to view an eStatement. It says “There was an error processing a page. A font contains a bad CMap/Encoding.” What does this mean?

You are using an old version of Adobe Acrobat Reader, and need to upgrade to version 4 or higher. Adobe recommends that you first uninstall any older vision of Acrobat Reader prior to installing the updated version. Once this has been done, you should be able to view your eStatements with no problems. Click here to get the latest version.

What do I do if I’m having trouble viewing my eStatement?

Recent changes to your operating system software such as upgrades, downloads, and/or system enhancements can affect your PC’s ability to connect with secure sites and view PDF documents including our eStatement site.

We recommend trying the following steps:

  • Verify that you are current on all system updates.
  • Uninstall and reinstall Adobe Acrobat Reader.
  • Ensure that you are using the most up-to-date version of your browser.
  • Some pop-up blocker and firewall programs may prevent access to eStatements. If you utilize these types of applications, you may need to disable certain features of the programs in order to access your eStatements.
