Phone appointments can be made:

When you schedule a phone appointment you can: 

  • Open a new account
  • Apply for a loan 
  • Chat with a Member Service Representative

We are suspending, reversing and reducing fees for our members during this time. If you're facing financial hardship due to an interruption in income, we're here to lighten some of the load.

We have:

  • Eliminated the $1 fee for using a non-Rogue or CO-OP ATM*
  • Waived the early withdrawal penalty on Certificates
  • Waived pay-by-phone fees

Give us a call and we may be able to help with:

  • Refunding non-sufficient fund fees
  • Refunding late fees on loans
  • Offering loan payment** skips
  • Offering mortgage loan payment** deferments up to 90 days
  • Finding solutions for your unique situation
