I have lived in the Rogue Valley for most of my life. I enjoy camping, hiking and bicycling in our beautiful valley. Spending time with my four children and eight grandchildren and collecting memories are my favorite things.
What is the best part about working at Rogue?
The people I get to work with, the members and the team members. Rogue truly values its team and provides a work environment that feels like family. I get to do the right thing for people and know that I am supported by Rogue in doing that. Rogue’s values align with my own values.
Before working at Rogue, what was the most unusual or interesting job you’ve ever had?
Working in the medical field helping people. I did Phlebotomy and have worked with Alzheimer’s patients and children.

How do you define success?
I define success by the number of people I am able to impact positively. Whether that is family, friends or members.

How has Rogue helped you in your career development?
Rogue has supported my career development by providing me with challenges and the tools to be successful. Rogue offers tuition reimbursement that supports me in continuing my formal education. I was given an opportunity to attend and graduate from Western CUNA Management School and I am currently pursuing my degree in Business Management/HR Management with Western Governors University.
