Meet Your Team
Length of Employment at Rogue: 5 years
Hometown: Virginia Beach, VA
About Me: I am the proud owner of the sweetest 12 year old beagle there ever was. I love hiking, bicycling, gardening and live music. I estimate I’ve seen upwards of 200 concerts in my life.
What is the best part about working at Rogue? The people, both members and team members, without a doubt. At the risk of sounding cliché, we truly are a family here.
Before working at Rogue, what was the most unusual or interesting job you’ve ever had? I used to work for the Horse Racing Association of Virginia at Colonial Downs (thoroughbred racetrack in Richmond, VA).
Your best vacation? Disney World. It’s the happiest place on earth!
How has Rogue helped you in your career development? In EVERY way, Rogue doesn’t just focus on technical know-how, but all of the skills required to perform at a high-level as part of a team.
How do you define success? While achieving goals is certainly a measure of success, I think that it’s how you achieve your goals that is the best benchmark. If you are able to reach a goal and lift others up at the same time, it’s all the more meaningful.
If given a chance, who would you like to be for a day? President of the USA. It’s easy to speculate on what it takes to run a country, I’d love a glimpse into that world to see what it actually entails.
What are 3 words to describe Rogue? Loyalty, Community and Solutions. That last one in particular. When we come up against challenges, regardless of how seemingly insurmountable, we always seem to find away.
What do you like most about Rogue? My team (Projects and Strategic Execution). I have the pleasure of working with some of the brightest minds out there. We are each so different yet complimentary; when we collaborate together we are greater than the sum of our parts.
