Hometown: Portland, Oregon

About Me: We are a family of animal lovers. I am blessed with two children, a wonderful husband (who is also a Rogue employee), three poodles, and a cat. We love to make memories in nature rather than through materialistic things. You can find us camping, boating, or enjoying our Oregon Coast.

What is the best part about working at Rogue?

They offer so many opportunities to their employees for personal and professional growth. There has never been a time in my career at Rogue where I didn't feel supported by my peers when it came to investing in myself and my future.

Do you have a favorite quote?

"Nobody can go back and start a new beginning, but anyone can start today and make a new ending." - Maria Robinson

How has Rogue helped you in your career development?

Rogue has always encouraged and allowed me to work in various departments/roles to find what I enjoyed most in work. They also have many internal career development programs to provide additional education and hands-on experience to move forward in your career. I am a graduate of Rogue's Professional Development Series and a Rogue Management School Alumni.

How do you define success?

Success to me is defined as self-satisfaction, knowing you made a genuine effort to become the best that you can be.

What are three words to describe Rogue?

Compassionate, Loyal, Inspiring

If you had to eat one meal, every day for the rest of your life, what would it be?

A Lobster Roll from The Wharf Fresh Seafood Market & Eatery. If I made it myself, Chicken Cordon Bleu Mac & Cheese.
