About Me: The Oregon coast has been home to me for over 20 years. My son and I enjoy a variety of outdoor activities from kayaking to rock climbing, with a little golf and tennis thrown into the mix. Everyday a new adventure awaits, and we eagerly embrace the experience to see what new things we can learn.

Before working at Rogue, what was the most unusual or interesting job you've ever had?

I was a field geologist for an environmental and geo-technical engineering company, where I traveled across the state performing various tasks such as collecting water and soil samples, operating a drill rig, and creating geologic reports of analyzed data.

Any favorite line from a movie?

It's a toss-up between "Where's my two dollars?" and "You're killing me, Smalls!".

Best vacation you've been to?

Hands down - South Island of New Zealand.

How has Rogue helped you in your career development?

Rogue has various learning platforms and continuing education incentives, constantly encouraging its employees to grow and develop, and reach their personal career goals. The Rogue family has always been supportive of my career development and advancement. The completion of the Rogue Management School was an enlightening experience where I learned to better serve, support and understand my team and members.
